Dry grain malt after alcohol 30%

  • Ingredients: Crude protein 30%.
  • Form: Yellow powder or granules.
  • Pharmacological properties: Dry post-alcohol barley is a product of processing alcohol production waste, which is a valuable protein and vitamin-containing feed for farm animals and poultry. The barley is available in the form of powder or granules, which can be stored for a long time without losing its qualities. The additive contains a significant amount of crude protein - up to 32%, which is equivalent to sunflower meal protein in terms of efficiency of use and feed value. Dry barley contains such well-known vitamins as B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B12, H, as well as aminobenzoic acid, carotenoids and about 17 amino acids. In addition, dry barley contains such trace elements as iron, zinc, manganese, copper. The additive can be used in feeding as a separate feed product or as a protein and vitamin supplement for the production of compound feed and to increase the nutritional value of farm animal diets.
  • Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%.

Effectiveness of application: When dry bard is introduced into the diet of laying hens of egg crosses and chickens, the loss of poultry livestock is reduced, egg production increases and egg quality indicators improve. When fattening young cattle, replacing the grain part of the diet with dry bard 28-30% increases the average daily gain from 833-830 g to 985-1025 g while reducing feed costs per unit of production. When dry bard is introduced into the diets of high-yielding cows, milk yield increases. The use of post-alcohol dry bard in the diet of pigs as part of compound feed in an amount of 10-20% leads to an increase in the average daily weight gain of young cattle from 665 g to 729 g.

Thus, the use of dry barley leads to an increase in the production of meat, milk, eggs, and improved product quality. From an economic point of view, the use of dry barley has high profitability. Since dry barley is cheaper than feed grain, and the content of protein, vitamins, amino acids and trace elements in it is quite high, which generally reduces feed costs and, accordingly, reduces the cost of production.

Application standardsЗIt is used in the diet of all types of animals (pigs, cattle), poultry and fish. Recommended rates of dry feed supplement per head per day:

  • Cattle (bulls, cows) – 500 g / day;
  • Fattening piglets – 150 g / day;
  • Young cattle – 300 g / day;
  • Breeding piglets – 200 g / day;
  • Calves – 200 g / day;
  • Sows – 250 g / day;
  • Horses – 500 g / day;
  • Adult birds – 5 g / day;
  • Foals - 300 g / day;
  • Chickens – 2 g/day.

In other words, the average rate of supplement use is 1 g per day per 1 kg of animal body weight.
