Liquid phylax

Effectiveness of application: Filax liquid allows:

  • Prevent the redistribution of free moisture in the feed, which occurs with temperature fluctuations during storage. This significantly prevents the formation of mold;
  • Destroy mold fungi that are already present in feed and raw materials;
  • Prevent the appearance of mycotoxins;
  • Preserve the nutritional value and taste of feed, increase immunity in birds and animals, and protect them from infection and poisoning by mycotoxins;
  • Significantly increase shelf life, prevent caking and clumping.

Liquid phylax is convenient for introduction into raw materials and feed. It is non-toxic, safe for humans and animals, does not have corrosive properties, does not create ecological pressure on the environment, is completely biodegradable. phylax is non-flammable, well soluble in water in any proportions, boiling point – 104°C. Liquid phylax is frost-resistant (-35°C).

Application standards: The dosage of the drug depends on the moisture content of the raw material and is:

  • 0.5-1 kg/t with raw material moisture content less than 13%;
  • 2 kg/t – at raw material humidity 13-16%;
  • 4 kg/t – at raw material moisture content 16-20%.

Overdose: It is important to follow the instructions for use.

Special precautions: None.

Special precautions for personnel: Use protective clothing and goggles when handling raw materials and feed.

Forms of incompatibility: None.

Information

  • Composition: Filax liquid contains sorbic, formic, acetic, lactic, propionic, L-ascorbic and citric acids, as well as ammonium propionate, ammonium formate, mono- and diglycerides, propanediol and silicon dioxide.
  • Form: Liquid.
  • Pharmacological properties: Filax is a new effective broad-spectrum fungicide that inhibits the development of various mold fungi. Treatment of feed and raw materials with Filax when they are stored contributes to obtaining excellent and good quality feed. If feed or raw materials are not treated with Filax, the development of mold fungi is accompanied by the decomposition of nutrients to carbon dioxide and water with the release of heat, which contributes to the accelerated development of mold, heating of the feed or raw material mass.
  • Storage conditions: Dry, dark room with a temperature regime from 5°C to 25°C.
  • Packaging and storage: Filax liquid is supplied in plastic packages with a capacity of 25, 225 and 1000 kg. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
